We all know how important trying to stay connected is in cyberspace, right?  The reason for the existence of Wowzza is testiment to that fact.  In addition many of us stay busy updating Twitter, facebook and YouTube.

Well, here is a tool that is truly multi-functional and will simplify your life!

If that heading strikes you as cynical then I will confess that there are brief moments now and then when it does seem that it is too difficult to find like minded people to work with in cyberspace … but only occasionally and only for the briefest of moments … it is actually intended to be a call to those who do truly care!

 

The next question is: cares about what?!  Well, since my time and effort is spent on developing multiple streams of online income it is safe to say I am looking for folks that are devoted to doing likewise.  But it is also true that I am being more selective in the nature and structure of the programs I promote and it is increasing important to me that there be a decree of good corporate citizenship inherent in the programs to which I make long term commitments.

 

What does that look like?  Mostly it is about the heart being displayed.  Does the company/program care about people?  Is it allowing for ways and means for as many people as possible to benefit?  Does the compensation plan help people of modest means to have a chance to truly change their circumstances?

 

Are there companies and programs that meet this criterion?  Are their like minded people out there that I can partner with to build organizations?  Yes!

 

It is amazing to me how many of the programs accumulated in the “StepsToSucess!” program have the right components in place.  Many allow for people to join for free and then upgrade at whatever time makes good sense.  Several have strong compensation plans if at the free member level (just look at PeopleString and AdVentures4U for a couple of outstanding examples).  Several of the programs also have very modest

out-of-pocket outlays to get started or to upgrade … PyraBang may be the best value for $5.95 there is … and the value packed into OrangeLeads is amazing!

 

Thankfully it is not required to choose a single “best of the best”, but if pressed to do so I lean toward nominating LibertyHealthNet and the KidsAgainstHunger_Donation autoship selection.  Talk about heart, this combination is about as good as I can imagine!

 

Please do us all a favor (me, yourself, the LHN family, the KAH organization and the multitude of children that need our help) and take a close look at this particular company and consider participating at what works out to about a $1 a day for the basic autoship donation to KAH.  Even if you chose to set up your autoship differently the company will still donate a meal for each basic autoship order.

 

Then let’s put the Power of ONE to work … each of us just getting one other person onboard.  Join me in getting the word out through Twitter, PyraBang, OrangeLeads, forums, blogs, etc.  If each of us makes it a daily to do item to spread the word then we will liberate our hearts to accomplish great things.  Will you make money?  Absolutely!  Will the money be the big focus as things gather momentum?!?  Who cares?!

If you watch Good Morning America (GMA) at all you most likely have heard Chris Cuomo put extra emphasis on the last syllable of AmeiCAN!

It is a great way for Chris to lift our spirits and support our efforts in helping others.

I don't think Chris would mind me promoting his efforts by telling you about Richard Proudfit who founded KidsAgainstHunger (KAH) ... it is a wonderful program and effort to provide the right kind of nutrition to the hungry children of the world.

I joined a wonderful program called MessageMagic/ThePulsatingMatrix a while ago.  It makes a lot of sense as a good source of online income because it is sturctures to pay everybody that joins … on one pulse or another!  There is also a wonderful supporting program, 73Checks,  that explains the MM/TPM so well that it converts much better than just about anything else I know of in this category.  Now, add to the great compensation plan the fact that the real product is a program that lets you sort out from all Skype users just the ones that you want to contact based on “keyword” search and MM is an incredible value!

The reason for the heading to this post is that while I have been an active subscriber for several months I never got around to setting up the Skype search capablity until now … because it looked like it might be complicated!

Yes, the program has been paying for itself and fits well into my overarching goal of developing multiple streams of online income, so it wasn’t hurting anything, but I wasn’t maximizing its full value either.  The program developer must know there are a certain percentage (probably a rather large percentage) of the program’s members that were handling things just like me because he sent out a message encouraging everyone to utilize the Skype mass messaging feature.  With that nudge I did do the setup and I have already made new connections as a result!

Whether it is something like MM or AdWords or some of the really great tools available through TrafficDynasty or TrafficWave , I am learning that if I will take the first step, even if it is a baby step, then things tend to begin to fall into place and make more and more sense.  There are sooooo many people that are graciously willing to assist that it is possible to have a successful outcome.

So, go ahead, you CAN do it!

Happy Memorial Day to everyone!  My gratitude to all who have served their country and their families as well.

Two events this weekend inspire the title of this post.  The first, a financially devastating fire estimated at a 15 to 20 million dollar loss as the warehouse attached to the iconic Gallery Furniture store here in Houston burned to the ground.  The owners, Jim “Mattress Mack” and Linda McIngvale, have pledged to rebuild bigger and better … much success to them in this difficult endeavor.  The other, Helio Castroneves, who went from the depths of fighting the IRS for his very freedom to winning the 100th running of the Indy 500!  What do this accomplished folks have in common?  Both Jim and Helio spoke almost the identical phase this weekend in talking about their challenges, “… faith, family and friends”!

I made a mental note of the phase when Mattress Mack said it in speaking with reporters after the fire.  Then when Helio said the same words in talking about all he has experienced this year I knew I was hearing the key to what motivates these great men.

Faith, family and friends!  If those three words form the foundation upon which your efforts are built I am confident you wil succeed too!

  I am beginning to think of PyraBang as a commercial type of Twitter compliment.  By that I mean that both lead to compulsive behavior and add a lot of fun and enjoyment to the time one spends online ... PyraBang is actually designed to pay you for it!

This is giving new meaning to "...bang for your buck!" At first I was mostly curious.  Then intrigued.  Then excited!

For a site that is dedicated to supporting the efforts of those that what to generate mulitple sources of online income, this is a really great find!  The programs I like most are the ones that are excellent tools and/or resources for promoting other programs.  It is extra nice to locate a great business building tool that can also be a substantial source of income in and out itself! PyraBang could just turn out to be the "tail that wags the dog".

Consider this.  Many of us are extremely fond of GDI (Global Domains International) because it supplies an excellent product that is very useful in building online business AND is a great source of income too (it continues to be one of my most consistent sources of monthly income).  At $10 per month it is affordable for almost everybody.  It does NOT conflict with any other online interest(s).  Because of these many merits it has often been utilized or "packaged" in with other components of more ambious programs (the SpiderWebMarketing system is a good example).  At almost half the monthly cost (just $5.95 per month as a gold member ... one can be a free member, but there are just too many good reasons to go for the gold!) and with a 90% member retention rate thereby providing strong residual earnings PyraBang is a contender!

Efforts have been made to accomodate the explosive growth the program is enjoying and beginning on March 1st the program has expanded capacity for a flood of new members while maintaining good operating speeds inside the site.

In '09 I am going to concentrate on the FUND(a)MENTAL$ for developing multiple sources of online income.

Lets break down what makes up the fundamentals. 

Synonyms for fundamentals include: basics, rudiments, essentials, ground rules, brass tacks, nitty-gritty

When one thinks about it, almost anything we do (especially if we aspire to doing it well) involves the fundamentals.  We hear a lot about them in sports ... for good reason ... the person(s) with the best fundamentals usually wins!

Okay, here are some subplots that make up the fundamentals.  (1) fun  (2) fund  (3) a  (4) mental  (5) s=$

Life is just too short for one to neglect have some fun!  If you can find a way to be paid to have fun then you are in a good place!  By the way, usually the better we do something, the more fun we have doing it!  So practice and acquiring skill pays big dividends.

Add a D to fun and you discover that somebody has to pay to fund the party!  It is possible to fund your fun with time involvement instead of or in addition to any outlay of money.  Just expect to have time and/or money allocated to acquiring the fundamentals.

At first I thought the A in fundAmentals was going to throw a curve ball into my little play on words, but it only took a moment to be reminded that fundamentals need to be concentrated on a specific subject and that the A can represent that goal, i.e., A = golf (or whatever you want to insert).

The MENTAL part of fundamentals is crucial to determining one's ultimate level of accomplishment.  Your attitude really does determine a lot.  I am reminded on the old bit of wisdom that goes like this, "... if you don't mind, it doesn't matter!"  We CAN accomplish those things that we really want!

The S is converted or translated into $, because the fundamental$ I want to employ in '09 are focused on the continued development of multiple sources of online income.  Should you prefer you could just allow it to apply the plurality to the equation.  Even if it could be reduced down to just one fundamental, it would still be necessary to apply that fundamental over and over again in order to advance.

I will devote a lot of time to developing the fundamentals in '09 and I hope you will join with me in applying them to whatever it is that you want to accomplish this year ... lets have FUN doing it!

Hopefully you are enjoying success with your online marketing endeavors.  It took developing a system I now refer to as Rotational Marketing for me to reach a level of success that I felt was truly something that most anyone can duplicate.  First, I wanted to be able to generate online income without having to recruit others in order to succeed.  But I also wanted a system that rewards helping others succeed too!

 

Over a period of time I have knitted together programs that are capable of standing on their own merit and also support the promotion of other programs at the same time. 

 

For me, it has been a purposeful construction of a circular business process.  My favorite program, MegaLido, is both a great resource for promoting my other online interests and my best source of online income!  Because of the revenue sharing component, this program pays me to advertise!  As I actively advertise other programs (some of them are traffic exchanges like Hover-Traffic that are promoting MegaLido!) there is revenue generated that allows me to put increasing amounts of money to work as additional advertising, which in turn generates increases profits from revenue sharing and positive responses to the programs being promoted.  The more I can tie the productivity of one program to successful outcomes with another program the more reliable the multiple streams of online income that is one of my major goals and measuring criteria for “success”.  Now with the addition of the CoinSurf there is another very strong component in the rotation!  Factor in the almost inexhaustible leads that can be generated by the OrangeLeads system and this becomes a completely viable construct!

 

The common denominator of the programs listed above is that they are all great promotional resources in addition to being sources of online income.  So if you are trying to build anything online these programs will help you succeed at what you are already working to accomplish and generate additional streams of online income as a “bonus”!

Inch by inch, it’s a cinch!

 

 

My traditional business background has served me well during my transition to doing business online.  There is no real difference in being successful in business based strictly on working online versus traditional methodologies.  I like that the internet allows for the compression of time and space and can therefore generate accelerated results, but the fundamentals are still the same.

 

For example, there are very few (if any) shortcuts to lasting success.  Your reputation ultimately supports or undermines your efforts.  The things you do moment-by-moment and day-by-day add up to the big picture that usually only comes into focus much further down the road!

 

Using baseball as a great example, the season is long and often a team will play a game everyday for an extended period of time.  Even though it is a game of many subtle nuances, at the end of the game, no matter the actual score, the ultimate grade is either a Win or a Loss for that game.  Our efforts are often measured similarly.  There could be many e-mails sent and/or answered, autoresponders to manage, traffic exchanges to keep active, social networks to maintain, and telephone calls to tie up loose ends!  The bottom line ( a W or a L on the calendar for that day’s efforts) may come down to where or not there were any signups or some other threshold that is a tangible indicator of a successful day!
