The MLM Insider - What If I Succeed At This Cwazy Business!?

Most people will get involved with Network Marketing because they want to mainly achieve one goal….stop working for someone else. Become their own boss and control their own destiny. Yes…some people only want a little part-time business to make extra money for their kid’s education, vacation etc but most of us want our freedom.

It’s one thing to make it to a successful level to quit your job…it’s quite another to maintain your business so you don;t have to go back to work for someone else again. I have some mlm insider thoughts for you…

1. Success breeds success. In other words…once you become successful you have to act like you are successful…because you are! People gravitate towards successful and if you act like you did when you were “climbing the mountain”…then people will not believe you are successful. Dress the part, play the part and speak the part.

2. Study leadership techniques….any good business person…whether they are in traditional business or network marketing understands that they are only as good as their weakest link. And the truth is…with network marketing you will need to understand and practice leadership techniques even more because you are dealing with a “volunteer army” with your group/team. Lose your team…lose your freedom.

3. Continue to practice “personal development”. This will keep your head clear and focused on the important things in life. Remember the man at the top of the mountain did not fall there. It’s a climb and typically in any great journey…life long or not…it requires…an amazing mental attitude.

4. Hang out with other leaders….understand their techniques, do the things they do. Success breeds success at this level too!

5. Breed leadership….create leadership within your group. The best thing you can do is work yourself out of a job by creating a team better than you.

and finally!! A very important mlm insider tip6. Never forget the guy/gal starting off. Treat everyone the same if they are showing you the traits of success. Don’t think just because someone is starting out that they should not deserve your time or attention. That person could very well be your next leader!
