This is where Bill says that the TraVerus opportunity is unique and for everyone. “I don’t have to convince anyone to buy a product that they have never used before. I don’t have to get anyone to pay $30 for a bottle of juice made from herbs from some far off rainforest,” Bill explains. “I don’t sell TraVerus airline, hotels, or cruises. I show them that they can purchase the same airline, stay in the same hotels, rent the same cars and sail the same cruises they’re normally buying but now make a commission on it. If they wish to show others how to do the same, they get residuals. There’s no inventory, no product stocking, none of the pitfalls that doom traditional businesses, or other product oriented network marketing businesses.”
And why travel? TraVerus is poised to become a dominant player in the 7 Trillion dollar a year travel industry, 1.3 Trillion per year in the United States alone, through their online travel portal and by providing the opportunity for everyone to participate and succeed as a TraVerus referring or Certified Travel Agent. Bill comments that “Travel is projected to double within the next 10 years. As the largest concentration of baby boomers are beginning to enter the market with the time and resources to do what they have always wanted to do, Travel.” he continues. “It’s bigger than the telecommunication, medical and the insurance industries combined.” And over 80 million people already call the Internet their “travel agent”. So we don’t have to teach them anything new. Most already know how to book travel online. “Now people will have the option to secure their travel through their own online TraVerus travel portal and reap enormous rewards.”
As far as Bill is concerned, this is all great! However, the most exciting part is the potential and impact for everyone to participate and reach their own goals.
Bill was no stranger to the travel industry. In fact, the business opportunity he was involved with before starting his TraVerus business was a direct competitor to TraVerus. There was only one problem; although Bill was a top 1% income earner, the rest of his team was struggling. The success just didn’t trickle down. Bill stated “It wasn’t only my team that was struggling; I found out that when I was with the other company 80+% of the whole company never makes a dime. In addition, the average income of every rep in the other company in (2007) was only $299.95 a year. What good is THAT?! Why highlight one person making $20,000.00 to $80,000.00+ per month in an ad or at the front of the meeting room when 80% do not make a dime or less than 1 in 1000th of 1% earn that kind of income off of the backs of the people that are not making a dime.”
Bill also stated, “Once I compared their compensation plan with TraVerus’, I could not ethically continue to promote that company, how could I ever look someone in the eye knowing that there was something better out there for the average person?” “I’m not making millions of dollars at the expense of my team. I don’t make a ridiculous living, I make a good living. I have freedom, money, and the people coming into our team are succeeding. I know I can put my head down at night knowing “sincerely” that everyone has the same opportunity that I have to build a team together! We don’t make money off the backs and losses of others. With TraVerus we make it with the successes of others!
That’s a major difference!”

These days, Bill enjoys a lifestyle of complete freedom. Being an avid skier, he has skied slopes all over world, places as diverse as Italy, Canada, Aspen, Vail, California, upstate New York, and Vermont. Bill is not one to spend too much time in chilly climates, he has gone on cruises, using the companies booking engine and exclusive member only trips. In fact, he just returned from a cruise to the Caribbean. He will be going to Mexico within the next month or two and already has a 7 day cruise booked along with over 1000 other agents the first week of November!
