An experienced and skilled technology, marketing and business team has teamed up on a project that is, as you will shortly realize, destined to become the next major Internet Technology Company.
The concept behind this new technology is a purely simplistic, yet BIG leap in Social Networking; a leap that advances what is called "Web 2.0" to a level of the complete saturation of the Internet with our technology, in essence upgrading the entire Internet to Web 2.0 Standards. Currently less than 5% of all websites on the Internet are considered to be Web 2.0 enabled.
Web 2.0...is a term that has become a "buzz-word" over the last couple of years due to the way that people have grown into using the internet. Web 2.0 does not refer to a software or hardware upgrade, rather in the manner that the web is now being used.
The Internet population has taken control over how the Internet has evolved. In the beginning, the Internet was an information resource with some limited forms of communicating (in comparison to Web 2.0 interactivity) and was seen as a new way to deliver information quickly and as a new form of transacting commerce.
Today it is certainly all of that and so much more. Web 2.0 is more commonly referred to as Social Networking and sites like mySpace, youTube, Flickr and several others have grown their user networks into the tens of millions to hundreds of millions of users in a very short period of time.
This trend reflects the users' desires to interact, to express and to participate in a dynamic manner in a world that once was simply static information. Now one can become completely interactive and directly involved in the content; becoming a part of the content creation through interaction. This is Web 2.0.
A good example of this is youTube.com, where members upload their own self-created videos and share them with the youTube community and the world through their free youTube membership, or mySpace.com where a free membership allows you to easily (and without html knowledge) set up a web site that has info about you, an interactive blog, photos, friends lists and more - and Flickr.com where you can build your own photo albums and share them "blog-style" with the world.
All of these companies and many others have become so popular that the large dot com empires are snatching them up at every opportunity that one of these new phenomenons shows any sort of success behind it. Success here is defined as the ability to grow (quickly) a very large user-base using what is called the "Freemium" business model. The term "Freemium" obviously means "free membership" with the opportunity to plug in different profit modules, included but not limited to advertising media.
As an example of the interest that the larger dot com empires have shown in these companies, Rupert Murdock bought mySpace for $580 million dollars (now a multi-BILLION dollar property). mySpace bought photobucket for $250 million in cash and an "earn-out" of an additional $50 million dollars. Google bought youTube for $1.65 billion dollars. These are just a few of the many recent examples of huge success stories created by this trend.
Even smaller "blog" sites are taking off in a big way and scoring big ticket offers from major media and dot com companies (to the tune of tens of millions of dollars).
There is a huge trend happening right before our eyes and young "garage techies" are building Social Networking platforms and making overnight fortunes.
Now, considering the fact that currently only less than 5% of all websites are considered Web 2.0 enabled (fully user interactive), and considering the scope of what is happening with those sites that do fully exploit this trend, think about what would happen if there were a technology that was developed that would instantly upgrade the ENTIRE INTERNET to Web 2.0 standards.
Let me clarify. This technology would actually create the same level of user interaction, the same functions and features as have become so popular on specific sites such as mySpace and youTube, and instantly add this level of interactivity to every site on the internet at a click of a button. Think about what kind of potential this company and technology would have.
This is true "Web 2.0" as defined by our industry - yet on a much grander scale.
We are proud to present the FULL Web 2.0 Upgrade Experience. A technology that Upgrades the ENTIRE INTERNET to Web 2.0 Standards - every site, every web address, all instantly upgraded with full user interaction implementing all of the popular Social Networking systems on each and every web site on the internet, all at a simple click of a button.
This...is the power of what we have been leading to. The potential is mind-numbing to say the least. Now, the big question is, "HOW - is this possible?"
