Rules concerning distributors’ remuneration for network building

As a member of FM Poland Group you are entitle to benefit from the whole range of possibilities. Members gain profits not only from selling the products but they also get commissions from sale conducted by the members who were introduced by them. These commissions reflect the number of points collected by you and your own group of dealers. Members of the highest group sale level become special group with increased remuneration potential. There are foreseen money rewards for those members who will be qualified for different magnolia groups.
• The amount of gratification depends on his structures’ turnover which is measured in points. It is called a level of effectiveness
• Every product has a given number of points
• Points are collected in a given account month and its number specify level of structure effectiveness according to a table:

Commissions in FM GROUP are calculated on the basis of appropriate points’ levels. Every time member buys or sells a product, he gets specified number of points (1 point= 1PLN without VAT-17,5%). There is fixed scaler (rate of exchange) Ł to PLN for six months. When you multiply product value by gross product value minus 17,5% of VAT - you get product value in points.
The total number of points, collected by a member and his group, specifies his level of effectiveness which is adequate to a given index in percentage. The level of effectiveness multiplied by points of effectiveness minus already paid commissions to dealers reported to you, constitute the total commission, which is paid in Ł.

Taking earned commission

Distributor who does not run a business activity:
• It is guaranteed that he receives income from his individual and group shopping in the form of trade discount and other rewards.
• Bonuses, from creating distribution network, are collected on distributor’s account to the end of account year.
• Trade discount does not refer to the products which are covered by promotion and it can not exceed 50% of individual shopping at one time.
Distributor who runs a business activity:
• If running a business is the only form of distributor’s activity it guarantees that he receives: income from personal purchase, from creating distribution network as well as different rewards and bonuses. He is obliged to pay income tax.
• If Distributor is already employed in a different place for unspecified period it guarantees that he receives income from products purchase and he gets other rewards and bonuses from building distribution network. He is obliged to pay income tax.

What is ORCHID CLUB?

ORCHID CLUB associates FM GROUP leaders on the highest levels of effectiveness. Club membership and achieving next titles- Pearl ORCHID Amaranth ORCHID, Golden ORCHID, Diamond ORCHID- guarantees additional and independent source of income. According to achieved ORCHID title adequate percent of company turnover counted in FM GROUP turnover points constitutes stake to share, in a given account month, among ORCHID CLUB members who are qualified.

4% level means that 4% from the whole turnover in FM GROUP points in a given account month constitutes money stake, counted in points, to share among all distributors who reached a given level. Similarly with 1,5% levels. The stake in a particular orchid levels is divided in proportion to turnovers of qualified groups counted in points. The sum of turnovers counted in points of particular groups constitutes 100% of stake to share. Each qualified group constitutes a part of this stake depending on turnovers. Obviously the more effective group the highest share in a given stake.

Way of qualification in ORCHID CLUB:

Points of distributor personal group

Distributor group points decreased by group points of Orchid members who are sub distributors, however, if there are few Orchid members in one branch we calculate points that are nearest Orchid distributor.

Title of PEARL ORCHID- 4%

To achieve level of PEARL ORCHID you need at least one 21% group directly sponsored. The rest of your network needs at least 20 000 points or at least two 21% groups.

Points calculation
• For each Orchid group sponsor gets 30 000 points to calculate;
• If there are a few Orchid members in one branch, points to calculation are counted for a member in nearest generation
• Group points of all directly sponsored groups under 21% are calculated
• Group points of all directly sponsored 21% groups, who are not Orchids, decreased by group points of Orchid members under them. However, if there are a few Orchid members in one branch we calculate points that are nearest Orchid distributor.

Title of AMARANTH ORCHID- 1,5%

To achieve level of AMARANTH ORCHID you need at least three 21% groups in different branches. ID 8117465

Points calculation:
• Sponsor gets 60 000 points for each Pearl Orchid group, which did not reach any higher Orchid;
• Sponsor gets 90 000 points for each Amaranth, Golden or Diamond Orchid group;
• If there are a few Orchid members on different levels in one branch, the points value is calculated for the closest Orchid member according to generation. In this case members of Amaranth, Golden and Diamond Orchid are treated on the same level.
• Sponsor gets 60 000 points for every five 21% groups and 90 000 points for every seven 21% groups;
• Total points of personal groups of all Orchids, that are not higher Orchids at the same time; however, if there are more Orchids in one branch that fulfill this condition, personal points are counted to distributor nearest to his branch.
• Total personal points of all 21% groups, that are not Orchids, directly sponsored by distributors are counted to calculation for distributor.

Title of GOLDEN ORCHID- 1,5%

To achieve level of GOLDEN ORCHID you need at least three groups in different branches of Orchid program.

Points calculation:
• Sponsor gets 60 000 points for each Pearl Orchid that did not reach any higher Orchids;
• Sponsor gets 90 000 points for each Amaranth Orchid group that did not reach any higher Orchids;
• Sponsor gets 120 000 points for each Golden or Diamond Orchid group;
• If there are a few Orchid members on different levels in one branch, the points value is calculated for the closest Orchid member according to generation. In this case members of Golden and Diamond Orchid are treated on the same level.
• Sponsor gets additional 60 000 points for every five 21% groups or 120 000 points for every seven 21% groups;

• Sponsor gets 60 000 points for each Pearl Orchid that did not reach any higher Orchids;
• Sponsor gets 90 000 points for each Amaranth Orchid group that did not reach any higher Orchids;
• Sponsor gets 120 000 points for each Golden Orchid group that did not reach any higher Orchids;
• Sponsor gets 150 000 points for every Diamond Orchid group;
• If there are a few Orchid members on different levels in one branch, the points value is calculated for the closest Orchid member on highest level.
• Sponsor gets additional 60 000 points for every five 21% groups or 120 000 points for every seven 21% groups;
• Total personal groups points of all Pearl, Amaranth or Golden Orchids that are not Diamond Orchids at the same time; however, if there are more Orchids in one branch that fulfill this condition, distributor personal points nearest to his branch are counted;
• Total personal points of all 21% groups, that are not Orchids, directly sponsored by distributors are counted to calculation for distributor.

Pearl Orchid level means that 4% of the whole FM Group turnover, counted in points, is shared among Distributors who are qualified to this level in a given month.
Share percent in money stake for a given distributor is set after points calculation, in accordance with Orchid Club qualifications.
Similar rules refer to Amaranth (1,5%), Golden (1,5%) and Diamond (1,5% minus 2 500 000) Orchid levels.
It is significant that we always pay 100% of a given stake when at least one distributor is qualified to a particular level of Orchid Club.

Ways of achieving goals

1. Motivation

Have you been dreaming about being independent at work? Would you like to work with many people? To control your financial situation? To have new house? Maybe go on you dream holidays, send your children abroad to study? Most of people have such dreams. What can we do to make them come true?
Having become FM Group members you proved that you want to achieve success. You took the first step on your way to make your dreams come true!
It is time to realize what you want to achieve, define what motivates you to act. Most people only dream and do not take any action to fulfill their dreams. When your dreams start coming true, you know that this was possible thanks to proper motivation!
Now when you know what you want to achieve it is time to think about the way. The secret of success lies in well-organized work. Every action you take consists of many small tasks to fulfill as it is much easier to deal with them than with the whole task at once. For instance you decided to go from London to Birmingham on foot, however, it would be impossible to make during one day. If you divide it into daily sections – the whole trip could become a great and pleasant adventure. If you solve in the same way every difficult task, which seemed impossible to overcome in the beginning, you will realize that it is much easier than you thought. This solution will always bring you satisfaction.
In the further part of the brochure we would like to present a figure of leading expert in Multi-Level Marketing, who developed a great action plan.

2. Goals

The base of well-developed plan is setting what and when we want to achieve.
Set your own goal. The more precise you are the bigger chances of achieving it, for example I become a sponsor of 5 people in this week or I reach 18% level during three months.
Set a date of your goal realization. The date should be specified, for example 5 May 2006.
Divide your task, which leads to your set goal, into particular stages. Each stage should be divided into smaller ones so you can easily realize them. Note down all actions that you take in order to achieve a given goal. Thanks to this kind of work scheduling, you will be able to track your actions at any time and be satisfied from realization of your own plan. You should learn to feel happy always when achieving following stages of your plan – the joy of making each little step which brings you closer to Your goal is just as important as the joy of reaching the main goal itself!

You should make a list of your own goals, where you will note down your every success and failure. You can also tick off all accomplished tasks. It is helpful to write comments on your own development and experiences, so that you could use again solutions which leaded to your success. ID 8117465

3. How do you start?

The list of potential clients is the basic tool in MLM system. Keep your notebook always close at hand, so you can add new persons to your list at any time.

How do you make your own list?

Take a pen to your hand and write down names of all persons you know. The list beneath will help you focus attention on potential clients:

- family
- solicitors, lawyers, accountants, doctors
- parish or church
- religious groups
- sports clubs
- employees of banks and insurance companies
- foreign language schools
- universities (academic teachers and students)
- primary and secondary schools (teachers)
- parents of children from their kindergarten or school
- parental committees
- school trips or holidays
- people you got to know through your parents, siblings, family
- colleagues from work
- colleagues from army
- colleagues from whom you borrowed books, CD’s, etc
- hobby clubs
- home parties
- neighbors
- district, municipal and communal organizations and clubs
- craftsmen and businessmen associations
- household associations
- tenants groups
- disabled people associations
- political groups
- tourist clubs
- old diaries
- old notes with addresses and phone numbers
- family and school albums
- people of various professions for example nurses, masseuses, etc.
- hotel owners
- travel offices, kiosks, beauty salons
- your favorite shops
- petrol stations
- various rental shops

The list above shows possible clients and potential partners for cooperation. Of course there are thousands of other categories, which could enrich the list. Without difficulties you will be able to create your own list with at least 200 names. If you think this way, you’ll reach people to whom you could present our products and sales program. Consequently, such created list can become not only a valuable tool but the source of information about individual needs of your clients as well.

The list of names is useful at the beginning of your activity, however, a detailed list with many additional information about specific persons (data base) is essential in your future actions. Creation of your own card file of potential clients or network members is very helpful in expansion of your own network.

Card file should let you find needed information quickly at any time. On one side of your card place such information as: name, address, telephone number and other personal data including information about previously bought products. On the other side you can make notes about contacts with this specific person for example meeting times and dates or subjects of discussions. Card file should keep alphabetic order – this should help you easily find currently needed information about wanted person. Gathering such specific information will make you feel better businessmen and will lead to your success in Multi –Level Marketing.

Golden rules of network marketing

• do not talk about this business with your family or friends until you engage yourself absolutely and before you undergo training
• development of your business will depend on the number of people you meet everyday
• if this is your part-time job in this business get into contacts with at least 1-5 candidates a week. If you do not do it, it will mean you do not care about your success at all. If you are a serious businessman this number should be higher and if you are totally engaged this number should amount from 10 to 15 candidates every week.

• Establishing contacts with small number of candidates may lead to a situation when refusal will be a disaster. Contacts with many people enable you to focus on those who said ‘yes’
• Refusal should not be treated personally, it is only a hint that this is not good time for a given person.
• Do not make limited presentations (one product or one company aspect’s promotion). Present the whole picture emphasizing incomes and freedom of time based on repeated orders of frequently used products.
• You are not responsible for decisions of others. Present your chance on business in relaxed atmosphere without anxiety about refusals. Try to conduct your presentation from such point of view that you are responsible only for giving your candidate an opportunity to join you.
• If you present professional offer to your candidate and you treat him as adult (you let him decide), your candidate will think favorably about your offer sooner or later . You are obliged to provide the candidate with facts. Then its his decision whether to sign an agreement or not. Your candidate knows the best what is good for him.

Building and developing your sale network

Distributor is obliged to abide by the law in force on UK territory. We recommend you, as FM Group UK members, to benefit from discounts on our products bought for your individual needs and with the aim of reselling them with profit. Many distributors earn a lot of money in this way. Maybe you will think how to start selling our products. Each of you has innate abilities to sell . However, if you want to be one of the best dealers you need to learn and improve your skills. The following chapter will provide you with some main rules that improve your sale.
Primarily, products, offered by our company, are of high quality and they have competitive prices. In order to sell any product you have to convince your client that he needs and looks for exactly this product. You should carefully plan the way of presenting the products and sale program.
You should develop your own sale method before every meeting with a client, be punctual, smartly dressed and convincing. Create the atmosphere of professionalism because people trust experts and they want to cooperate with them. The first conversation with a client should be short and it should encourage to purchase one of our products. You should present the products in attractive way, describe their use value and let your client use a product the he is interested in. Observe all reactions and clients answers, ask additional questions in order to identify his individual needs. It is good to conduct short phone conversations with your regular clients few times a week to maintain contacts with them. Find out whether your clients are satisfied with products; whether they have any questions and whether they want to buy any other product.

There are five main rules of successful sale. They will help you in your own sale techniques improvement.
