Well, you are not the lone ranger - we all were in your shoes at one time or the other. Since I have been working online, I have to say that I have met many people with years of experience - but the one that has help me the most has been Roy Suchogorski (Magic Roy). Roy is not the type of person that would toot his own horn so I'm going to do it for him lol. When I got to his first site, it was totally different - you added your banners like the other sites, but I was introduced to solo ads.

This newbie had no clue what a solo ad was and sure didn't know how to write one - but learned - and WOW do they work. You get to add a solo ad every 24 hours and then others on the site read your ad and get credits for it. He offered people pro memberships right away and gave us 50000 credits, banner impressions, and free solo ads and very generous with the credits for reading the ads.

Now on top of all this, you get to trade your credits for more banner impressions or solo ads. This has been working great for me, I can't believe the referrals that I started getting to my other sites, sales in my ebay store and vistors to my website.
