So I became the Team Leader that I wanted to be. I have a Welcome Letter with SFI of course, and I also send an addition email to every sign-up.

I offer Gift Certificates to help get started. I also have a free Co-op for my EA's and share my EyeEarn Co-op sign ups with them at NO cost to them ever!

I send an email to my non-EA's letting them know how the Co-op is going and letting them know that I am here to help!

Most of all, I'll never become discouraged with numbers and percentages. I know that I will succeed so I simply have to continue doing what I am doing and communicate that to my Valued Team Members so they can reproduce my results!
