Upon getting up this morning, I went through my normal routine, grab coffee, let the dogs out, quick walk with the afore-mentioned pooches, read the paper, checked Wowzaa and other networking sites to see who's new and find out what going on in everybody's world. I went to bed a little early last night, so this morning, I found that several people had joined Wowzaa ("High" to all the new Wowzaa'ers), but that's not what this is about.
I found out that the Cowboys had lost a pre-season game, but that's not what this is about. I found out that Michael Phelps had won his 8th Gold Medal at the Olympics, but that's not what this is about. I found out that my horoscope for today is not all that good, but that's not what this is about. I found out that Joyce joined the group Income 4 Beginners!, but that's not what this is about.
This is about my in-box! And I'm going to post this everywhere I can!
Everybody here on Wowzaa is involved in one online biz, or another. Collectively, we promote everything from juices to cosmetics to travel to electricity to greeting cards to cash gifting to water to advertising and even other social networks. Sorry if I left out any body's favorite. Some of us promote the same things, to the same people. Some of us have followed our friends into other ventures.
Some have had success, while others, not so much. One thing I'm pretty sure that we have all heard of by now is the SpiderWeb Marketing System. As a matter-of-fact, several of us have joined it. Well, this morning my in-box told me it was time to get serious, real serious about promoting it. But, that's not what this is about.
No, this really is about my in-box, so please keep reading.
Kimball Roundy, the founder of the SpiderWeb Marketing System (and my immediate up-line), has forged a relationship with one of the biggest franchisee-owners for H&R Block. They have put together a tremendous suite of tools to help MLM'ers track their expenditures and take advantage of every tax break there is for a person involved in a Home-based business.
As of this Friday, they have included this collaboration into the SpiderWeb Marketing System, and set it up as an affiliate program called The Business Tax Advantage. But really, that's not what this is about.
You may remember, I posted a blog titled, "H&R Block partners with major marketing group to offer affiliate program!" on August 15th, 2008 at 12:38pm.
This is about my in-box. Now, I'm not the most technically gifted person, so I couldn't figure out how to get an actual "screen-shot" of my in-box in here, so I had to do a "copy/paste" thing.
I'm going to insert my links to both The SpiderWeb Marketing System and The Business Tax Advantage (cloaked using LeadsLeap, of course) at this point , just so they don't get lost below: The SpiderWeb Marketing System: http://warrenveach.ws/ The Business Tax Advantage: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558
Now, keep in mind, that this new income stream was added to The SpiderWeb Marketing System Friday and I hadn't added it to all my ad sources yet. OK, now I've been saying, "This is about my in-box!", so I'm going to put my copy of it here.

This is going to be a GREAT opportunity for people that take advantage of this offer! In cooperation with H&R Block in Provo, Utah, give me just 5 Minutes and I will show you how to leverage the LEGAL Tax Benefits of ANY Home Based Business to increase your after tax, take home income by as much as $200-$800 or more PER MONTH before you ever generate a single lead, sell a single product or recruit a single new associate into your business. (I explain why I'm using H&R Block in Provo, Utah on the website.) Although the tax advantages and benefits would apply only to those responsible for US Federal taxes, even if you are not a resident of the United States, you can still take advantage of this opportunity as an affiliate member and make money. If you are in a hurry and want to check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558No matter the reason, no matter what your goals are for your business, there are 2 things I can tell you FOR SURE that are true for you in your business, no matter what kind of business you are operating. First: No matter what "they" tell you, it is going to take some actual REAL WORK to grow your business I don't care what your upline told you when they recruited you into your business; it is NOT going to just grow itself. Maybe this news has come as a shock to you, and if you are shocked, be glad that someone is finally telling you the truth. But, the truth is you are actually going to have to put in some REAL EFFORT in order to build a stable, long term, and lucrative business. You are going to have to either put in some "real effort" in the form of time or money. Time spent learning the business, talking to people, using the internet for marketing, etc. Or you are going to use your "time" to "LEARN HOW" and then spend some "money" marketing your business. Second: There are MANY little known and rarely leveraged tools, strategies, techniques and benefits that are available for you to use in order for you to work "Smarter rather than Harder" in your Home Based Business. This means that every month hundreds of YOUR ALREADY EARNED, rightfully deserved Dollars are disappearing into this same tax toilet. Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558There are about a million "Gurus" out there promoting about 10 million different eBooks, training manuals and marketing systems that will help you to find more people (both online and offline) for you to recruit into your business... That is NOT what this is about. This is NOT about teaching you how to grow your business (although if you do what I will show you, it will happen automatically) and it is not about how to recruit more people (this also will happen if you do what I suggest). That's just not what this is about. Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558Just like it is stated above, this is about teaching you: 1. How to leverage the LEGAL Tax Benefits of ANY legitimate Home Based Business to increase your after tax, take home income by as much as $200-$800 or more PER MONTH before you ever generate a single lead, sell a single product or recruit a single new associate into your business. To clarify, this is money that you have already earned at your day job, your full-time business, or your spouse's day job. However, maybe you have already "Made it" and neither of you are working a regular JOB, then this like any of the situations above will still help you get the most tax breaks on what you are earning from your business. We are talking about an actual increase in you TAKE HOME, Actual money that you can start using immediately from the paycheck you are already earning from your regular job -- STARTING WITH YOUR VERY NEXT PAYCHECK! Seriously, follow what I will teach you below, and you could bring home an additional $200-$800 or more starting with your very next paycheck! 2. This is about the fact that Congress has passed laws granting anyone running a legitimate home based business THOUSANDS of dollars in tax breaks that you can take advantage of, allowing you to pay less in taxes out of each paycheck, and allowing you to take home potentially hundreds of dollars in additional income each month, from the work that you are already doing. Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558Congress officially declared to the IRS: "Give thousands of dollars in tax breaks to Americans who run a Home-Based Business -- Even on a Part time basis -- and don't make them wait until April 15th to get their money." In Cooperation with H&R Block Provo, Utah, each Business Tax Advantage Membership comes with the added bonus of a 100% FREE 30 Minute Consultation with an H&R Block Business Tax Professional. The 30 minute consultation will be with "H&R Block Premium Services in Provo, Utah." With over 45 years of experience, they do more small business returns for MLM's/Home Based Business Clients than any other type of business. Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558Through this consultation your Business Tax Professional will: * Review your current business/tax situation. * Help you determine the best tax and business entity for your specific situation i.e. Sub S Corp, Limited Liability, Sole Proprietor, C Corp or other. * Go over a State by State review of all available tax advantages. * Help you determine what deductions you will be eligible for and how much additional take home income you will be able to expect from simply running your Home Based Business. * Review with you IRS record keeping rules to allow deductions. * Review with you how to best leverage your Business Tax Advantage System in order to increase your business success. * Business Wrap-up and set a game plan to move forward. Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558Don't Delay! Order Your Business Tax Advantage Membership Today! Putting it off will keep you from capturing your already-earned, rightfully-deserved cash that could be yours starting with your very next Paycheck! Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558Have a GREAT day, Warren Check this out now, go to: http://www.leadsleap.com/go/12558

I love making deals happen. It is extremely invigorating for me. In my experience, I have made some great deals, and I have made some poor ones. At the end of the day, business is about agreements. Whether you are an employee or an owner, you are constantly making agreements.
The times when business becomes painful are because I ignore my gut. I have a propensity to see the possibilities in people, and this can be a fault if I am not careful. No vision of my own will ever be able to help a person want something for themselves. So, I try and stay informed from my gut. It’s usually right. Can I see a person for what they are rather than what they could be? It’s important to stay disciplined.
The reason it is so important is that agreements are built on relationship. Business gets done by relationships. That means good business depends heavily on who the other person is. Adam Aron, CEO of Vail Resorts, said, “As much as possible, deal only with good and honorable people. If you deal with good people, you won’t need a contract, and if you are dealing with bad people, no contract can protect you.” That has been my experience. The best and most satisfying business deals I have done are when good and honorable people are involved. The opposite is also true.
These are the qualities I look for in people I do business with. I have discovered that these types of people make business fun. These are people that are:
1. Principle-focused: These are different than money-focused people. Money-focused people are like the monkey who reaches into a coconut to get peanuts for itself. They can’t let go of the peanuts in order to get free. It’s an easy test to find out if a person is principle-focused or money-focused. Ensure that the deal costs them something. You will discover where their values lie. Principle-centered people are driven by a vision and a standard. You will see it in how they treat people, especially under adversity. They are a delight to work with because they can see a larger picture than the dollar in front of them.
2. Critical Thinking: Henry Ford observed, “Thinking is one of the hardest things there is to do. That’s why so few people do it.” Business has become increasingly complex and fast. Those who question and change when facts change imbue energy and create new opportunity. While people are always trying to grab desperately to some guarantee, critical thinkers can navigate through the unknowns of business and be at peace. Their minds are engaged, and they solve problems which are bound to be a part of anything worthwhile.
3. Customer Experience Focused: Every day you can run into a great example of a business that does not care. They do not care about you or their business. Otherwise, they would paying attention to every detail and every step of your experience. The people that do care are refreshing to work with. They keep bringing more value. They pay attention to the small things. They stop focusing on only making money for themselves and are focused on how much value they can continue to bring for the money they do earn. Why so many people miss this simple approach in business only testifies to our inability to move beyond our self-focus.
4. High-tech and High-touch: It’s amazing how many dinosaurs there are trying to do business in the new economy. However, what is even more amazing is how many are content with not growing. I saw a commercial mocking two parents of teens who received step-by-step instruction on how to use their cell phones. That is the norm. The idea that age is the rite of passage is naive today. Knowledge and value are what brings a person to the forefront. People who see the advantages of technology not as an ends, but a strategic means to connect with extremely busy people understand the modern era of business. They invest in the systems to connect with customers.
5. People That Have a Dream: I particularly enjoy people with passion. They know what they want and where they are going. We “get” each other. This is where magic happens in business. Working with dispassionate people living in a walking coma is hard. You end up doing a lot of pulling. It is draining. While many people just want to get by in life, people that are clear about a dream make things happen in the world. They are the most fun to work with. Energy, ingenuity and extreme value arise from such a partnership.
Think about the work you do every day. Is it fun? Perhaps it is because of the types of people you choose to do business with – co-workers, bosses, decision makers, employees, etc. I have been part of winning teams in sports and business. The hard work somehow becomes pure joy when the right mix of people, values and vision come together.
You have a choice every day who you get to work with. Pick those who share your core values and make doing business fun. Doing anything otherwise is nothing more than a compromise that can become dispiriting at best. I’m having fun in life. I hope you are as well.

This is long, but I'm not going to apologize! Here in Dallas, we have yet another story in the news of a child being "forgotten" and left in a locked car to die by their parent in the midst of a string of 100-105 degree days. 1-year-old Markus Anthony Lewis died Sunday afternoon after he was apparently left in the family van by accident on a day when temperatures in North Texas reached 105 degrees. It was the hottest day of the year. The Lewis family took two cars to a local pool earlier in the day, a police spokesman said. The mother returned first with Markus and his 8-year-old brother. The father returned a short time later with his 10-year-old son and an adult male friend who also lives at the home. As family members prepared to leave the two-story home to go somewhere else, "that's when they started looking for [Markus]. "The mother went out in the van and found him out there unconscious." No arrests have been made in the case. Last Monday, 19-month-old Kamila Brown died after being left in a west Oak Cliff day-care van for up to six hours, according to a Dallas police report. No arrests have been made in this case either. A few years ago, a couple returned home from the pool, unpacked their car, went inside and laid down for a nap. They left their mentally-challenged son in the car. He was later found dead in the car. Although they were charged and tried, they were exonerated in court, as they were able to successfully convince the courts that they were not responsible as it was their 8 year old daughter's responsibility to get the child out of the car. Although they now go free, their daughter will now forever live with the knowledge that SHE, not her parents, was responsible for the death of her brother. Thankfully, she was not arrested. One of our local columnists, Jacquielynn Floyd, poses some questions to her readership, wondering if its possible to forget a child in these circumstances: Could you, on a busy day with a half-dozen errands and a boss breathing fire about an overdue project and a troubling, just-discovered crack in the foundation under the garage to worry about – could you forget your toddler sleeping behind you in a car seat? Could you zone out on one of those distracted, autopilot days and drive right past the day-care center and set a course for the office, blanking completely on the child in the back seat? Could you carry in the groceries and the dry cleaning, get the older kids into the house and start fixing lunch before somebody realizes that nobody brought the baby in? You can find the entire article here: http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/dn/localnew...dition2.4d63d61.htmlI wonder, further still, if its possible for the father also to NOT notice the missing child? As you start unpacking the diaper-bag, don't you wonder where the reason for the diaper-bag is in the first place? Does the brain-fart also apply to the brothers/sisters who can't seem to remember that someone is missing? How about the "adult male friend who also lives at the home"? Did he not wonder where the little one was? When you start fixing sandwiches for the family and heat a bottle for the baby, don't you start to wonder why no-one is in the high-chair waiting to be fed? I believe a better question to ask the mother might be, "How do you NOT notice that the 20 pound life that has been permanently attached to your hip for the last year, year and a half, is missing?" I copied the following facts from "Hyperthermia Deaths of Children in Vehicles", by Jan Null, CCM, Adjunct Professor of Meteorology, San Francisco State University, Updated July 27, 2008 @ http://ggweather.com/heat/Already in 2008 there have been at least twenty-two deaths of infants and children after being left inside a hot vehicle. Last year there were a total of at least thirty-five such fatalities in the United States due to hyperthermia after they were left in hot cars, trucks, vans and SUV's. This sadly followed 42 and 30 child deaths in 2006 and 2005 respectively. Since 1998 there have been at least a total of 364 of these needless tragedies. This study shows that these incidents can occur on days with relatively mild (i.e., ~ 70 degrees F) temperatures and vehicles can occur reach life-threatening temperatures very rapidly. * Total number of U.S. hyperthermia deaths of children left in cars, 2008: 22 * Total number of U.S. hyperthermia deaths of children left in cars, 2007: 35 * Total number of U.S. hyperthermia deaths of children left in cars, 1998-2008: 386 * Average number of U.S. child hyperthermia fatalities per year since 1998: 36 An examination of media reports about the 361 child vehicular hyperthermia deaths for a ten year period (1998 through 2007) shows the following circumstances: o 51% - child "forgotten" by caregivero 30% - child playing in unattended vehicle o 18% - child intentionally left in vehicle by adult o 1% - circumstances unknown Children that have died from vehicular hyperthermia in the United States (1998-2007) have ranged in age from 7 weeks to 13 years. The average age is approximately 24 months. Below are the percentage of deaths (and the number of deaths) sorted by age. * Less than 1 year old = 33% (113) * 1-year old = 22% (77) * 2-years old = 21% (75) * 3-years old = 12% (43) An Associated Press (AP) study "Wide disparity exists in sentences for leaving kids to die in hot cars" examined both the frequency of prosecutions and length of sentences in hyperthermia deaths. - Charges were files in 49% of all the deaths. 81% resulted in convictions. - In cases with paid caregivers (i.e., childcare workers, babysitters) 84% were charged and 96% convicted Only 14 states have laws prohibiting leaving a child unattended in a vehicle. States w/ EXISTING LAWS: California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington. The remaining 36 states do not have laws specifically against leaving a child unattended in a vehicle. Currently 9 states have proposed legislation that would make it a crime to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. They are Arizona, Alabama, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Virginia. Another 7 states have had previously proposed unattended child laws. They are: Georgia (2004), Iowa (2002), Kentucky (2000), Minnesota (2004), Michigan (2005), Mississippi (2005), and New Jersey (2002). Some Safety Recommendations made by the writer: * NEVER LEAVE A CHILD UNATTENDED IN A VEHICLE. NOT EVEN FOR A MINUTE ! * Be sure that all occupants leave the vehicle when unloading. Don't overlook sleeping babies. * Always lock your car and ensure children do not have access to keys or remote entry devices. If a child is missing, check the car first, including the trunk. Teach your children that vehicles are never to be used as a play area. * Keep a stuffed animal in the carseat and when the child is put in the seat place the animal in the front with the driver. * Or place your purse or briefcase in the back seat as a reminder that you have your child in the car. * Make "look before you leave" a routine whenever you get out of the car. * Have a plan that your childcare provider will call you if your child does not show up for school. The question Ms. Floyd and I ask is: Be honest: Could you forget your child in a hot car?

What a glorious day!
I got up this morning and grabbed to paper, and what to my delight did I see?
The Dallas Cowboys have started training camp! Romo and the gang are getting ready, preparing for the season, setting their sites on another Super Bowl victory.
Despite the let-down of the past couple of seasons, the 'Boys are focused on the task at hand for this year. They go into the season with a lot of expectations as they have no injuries, 13 Pro Bowlers returning, 2 first round draft picks under contract, and a 2-time Pro Bowl QB who now has a full season under his belt as the starter.
T.(Get Your Popcorn Ready)O., Spears, Adam (not PacMan) Jones, Barber, Tank, The Big Cat, Witten, Williams. Memories of seasons and players past, Tom Landry, NFL-Record Streak of 20 Consecutive Winning Seasons, Lee Roy Jordan, Staubach, Cliff Harris, White, Doomsday, Aikman, Tex Schramm, Jimmy Johnson, Bob Lilly, Smith, Irvin, Super Bowl V, Super Bowl VI, Super Bowl X, Super Bowl XII, Super Bowl XIII, Super Bowl XXVII, Super Bowl XXVIII, Super Bowl XXX, 19 Division Championships, Dorsett and the 99-yard TD run, Don Meredith, The Hail Mary, Too Tall, The Manster, Bullet Bob, The Ice Bowl, Ring of Honor, Jerry Jones, Chuck Howley, Emmitt Smith, Texas Stadium.
The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders!
No offense to the other Pro sports, but nothing gets me going like the Official start of the NFL season. It represents another time of hope, the thrill of victory, the agony of defeat, bringing the excitement of being a spectator to the highest level as no other sport can.
Love 'em or hate 'em, you have to admit, no other pro team (except for maybe the Yankees or Celtics) has the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys.
Join the "Da 'Boys!" group here on Wowzaa!!!.

5 Positive Things to Do Instead of Complain
One of the key principles of The No Complaining Rule is that we have a choice of how we invest our energy at home and at work. We can focus on the negative or the positive. We can focus on problems or use problems to create solutions. And we can focus on sharing positive energy or negative energy. It’s all about our intention, our focus and our habits. Bad habits create bad results and good habits create good results. And since one of the best ways to stop a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit, here are 5 positive things we can do each day instead of complain.
1. Practice Gratitude. Research shows that when we count three blessings a day, we get a measurable boost in happiness that uplifts and energizes us. It’s also physiologically impossible to be stressed and thankful at the same time. Two thoughts cannot occupy our mind at the same time. If you are focusing on gratitude, you can’t be negative. You can also energize and engage your coworkers by letting them know you are grateful for them and their work.
2. Praise Others. Instead of complaining about what others are doing wrong, start focusing on what they are doing right. Praise them and watch as they create more success as a result. Of course, point out their mistakes so they can learn and grow, but make sure you give three times as much praise as criticism.
3. Focus on Success. Start a success journal. Each night before you go to bed, write down the one great thing about your day. The one great conversation, accomplishment, or win that you are most proud of. Focus on your success, and you’ll look forward to creating more success tomorrow.
4. Let Go. Focus on the things that you have the power to change, and let go of the things that are beyond your control. You’ll be amazed that when you stop trying to control everything, it all somehow works out.
5. Pray and Meditate. Scientific research shows that these daily practices reduce stress; boost positive energy; and promote health, vitality, and longevity. When you are faced with the urge to complain or you are feeling stressed to the max, stop, be still, plug-in to the ultimate power, and recharge.

"Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment."— Jim Rohn: Motivational speaker, author, entrepreneur
How stable is your discipline bridge? Does it stretch all the way to your goal — or will it fall short? The reason most people fail to cross their own discipline bridge is because the bridge is extremely steep. It's an uphill battle all the way — and the closer you get to the goal, the more difficult it is to stay on.

Are you making the most of your traffic exchange advertising?
To make the most of traffic exchange advertising, it's important to use all of the tools available to you -- including alternatives like banner and text ads.
But most people don't make the most of traffic exchange banner advertising. Why?
Because banners are a pain in the neck to manage. You have to set up your banners at every traffic exchange you use, assign credits to your campaigns, and then, just when you think you're finished... you start using a new banner or promoting a new program and you have to do it all over again!
Well, I've got some great news for you!
My friends Dan Smith and Kyle Hoskins just unveiled a new service that makes managing all your SpiderWeb Marketing System banner ads a piece of cake!
With their new program, Banner Keyring, you can put all of your SpiderWeb Marketing System banners on a single rotator --that's right, a rotator for banner ads! -- and get a single image URL and link URL to use in all of your banner advertising campaigns.
Every time someone lands on your page, a different banner will show. No more having to put a banner for each program your are promoting!
No more logging in to ten traffic exchanges every time you need to change or add, a banner -- just log in at Banner Keyring, change it once, and the new banner starts rotating at every traffic exchange you use!
Check it out: http://hotshorturl.com/qh97
There's more. Dan and Kyle weren't satisfied with making banner advertising easy for you -- they wanted to make it completely effortless. So they included an advertising co-op in Banner Keyring. You can purchase a co-op spot, and Dan and Kyle will get your banners rotating in all of the top traffic exchanges without you ever having to log in to a single one!
Banner Keyring is totally free, so you have no excuse not to go check it out right now. Just go sign up now, and you can be managing all of your banner advertising in one place within minutes!
Since Banner Keyring is brand new, there are all sorts of ridiculous deals and great special offers available inside the members' area -- but you need to go sign up now, before they're gone!
Just go to: http://hotshorturl.com/qh97
Have a GREAT day, Warren

There are two statues in a park; one of a nude man and one of a nude woman. They had been facing each other across a pathway for a hundred years, when one day an angel comes down from the sky and, with a single gesture, brings the two to life.
The angel tells them, "As a reward for being so patient through a hundred blazing summers and dismal winters, you have been given life for thirty minutes to do what you've wished to do the most."
He looks at her, she looks at him, and they go running behind the shrubbery. The angel waits patiently as the bushes rustle and giggling ensues.
After fifteen minutes, the two return, out of breath and laughing.
The angel tells them, "Um, you have fifteen minutes left, "Would you care to do it again?" He asks her "Shall we?" She eagerly replies, "Oh, yes, let's! But let's change positions.
This time, I'll hold the pigeon down and you take a dump on its head."
..... AND WHAT WERE YOU.... THINKING????
